Following his sold-out performances at VOX and the television show "Numbers" by Phoebus Delivorias, the multi-talented Thanasis Alevras presents, for the first time across Greece, a peculiar, autobiographical, introspective, musically satirical program!

"40+ I'm Going!"

A big birthday party that Thanasis Alevras planned to throw when he turned 40 but, due to the virus, was postponed every year! However, this year, the time has finally come for him to fulfill his dream. Of course, he is now 43, but his heart couldn't bear to change the title. As he says, "If I wrote 43+ I'm Going, it would sound like a shoe size. Besides, my friend Antonis Thysiadis had already written the title track of the opening, and it was composed by Nikos Mertzanos. So I decided to make the title '40plus I'm Going.' It's an autobiographical journey through personal stories that also pays tribute to the famous '80s generation."

Joining him in this unique celebration are Idra Kayne and Jerome Kaluta, his siblings, as he calls them, whose beautiful voices will take us on a musical journey through four decades.

On stage, a team of talented writers has written the texts of the performance. His old favorite collaborator Eleni Gkasouka, soul mate Phoebus Delivorias, and the unexpected Giorgos Pavrianos, who suddenly appeared and contributed texts and lyrics. Thanasis Alevras himself has also written texts, including some of his old successes from his career in theater and musical programs.

The arrangements have been undertaken by the genius Antonis Skokos, who has given his own touch to the music and songs. Live music is performed on stage by Euripides Zemenidis on guitars, Alexandros Kourous on keyboards, Thanos Michailidis on drums, Giorgos Boulntis on bass, Christos Papadopoulos on saxophone, and clarinet.

The direction is signed by Fokas Evangelinos. "Fokas was the first person to hear my idea for this program," says Thanasis Alevras. "We imagined it together and worked on it for so long, and now it's finally time to show it to you!"
