Festival at the Park 2026 opens in the unique natural setting of the Paros Environmental & Cultural Park, on the protected peninsula of Ai-Yiannis Detis, with a special musical performance by Martha Frintzila and the Kubara Project on Wednesday, July 1, 2026, at 21:00.

After more than twenty years of concerts and tours in Greece and abroad, Martha Frintzila and the Kubara Project return with the spontaneity, warmth and creative freedom that have defined them since their very first appearance. Personal stories intertwine with universal experiences of love, friendship, loneliness, desire, human connection and our relationship with nature, in a performance where music becomes a common ground for encounter and exchange.

Their musical journey brings together songs by renowned Greek and international composers, traditional melodies from Greece and around the world, unexpected arrangements, lesser-known rebetika songs, original compositions and a generous spirit of improvisation.

As Martha Frintzila explains:

"The Kubara Project is essentially the sequel to a series called Kubara Project - The Magical Mystery Tour. The 'kubara' is me, and these concerts are like musical adventures shared with the superheroes I have as fellow musicians. This year, the Kubara Project presents songs we perform live, selections from my own discography, 1960s-inspired sounds, reimagined traditional songs, unknown rebetika pieces, original compositions and plenty of improvisation. The programme also includes world-renowned masterpieces. Songs pass through us in order to continue their journey through time. In the temporary shelter we offer them, they leave something behind. And that makes us richer and more beautiful."
