International Andros Festival 2026 begins with renowned singer Aleka Kanellidou. A timeless performer with sensual voice and tender stage presence, whose songs are not only part of the rich Greek music scene, but also part of our soul.

Aleka Kanellidou will present a programme that has been specifically designed for the start of the Festival. Kanellidou invites on stage Eleonora Zouganeli, the singer with the most distinct voice of her generation, in order to live this musical experience together. They will be accompanied by Katerina Polemi, a muh-loved songwriter who has stood out for her talent.

Over the past two years, Aleka Kanellidou has been closely collaborating with Giannis Giannousakis, who has proved that he got his singing talent from his mother but has his own, personal way of performing. A few months ago they released the popular song Roz.

These wonderful performers are accompanied by excellent soloist musicians, each of whom has a distinct musical style; Vaggelis Tountas in charge of music editing and orchestrations; bassist Giotis Kiourtsoglou; accordionist Ntinos Hatziiordanou; drummer Takis Vasileiou; and keyboard player Kostas Giaxoglou. They sing and play, creating musical landscapes and travelling in an endless sea of sounds.

On 25 July we will live a magical summer night, singing beloved songs that have left their mark on important moments of our life and fill our heart with warmth.
