Acclaimed creator and performer Euripides Laskaridis, whose work is notable for being at the intersection of dance, theatre and visual arts, creates a new piece specially designed for the Little Theatre of Ancient Epidaurus, in which he explores aspects of ancient and contemporary Greek identity. A new take on antiquity and a form of theatre dedicated to god Dionysus, this new project also delves Laskaridis' personal mythology, retrieving memories, movements, images, and emotions from our individual and collective past. A new comic tragedy, in which Euripides, willingly or unwillingly, encounters Euripides and other tragic poets.
