Tidal Wave is an intimate duet between two female performers where we witness a microcosm - through every breath, every cycle, they create a meditative connection between them, diving into a rounded, non-directional, goalless and boundless existence, seamlessly moving between holding and being held, containing and being contained, while also accumulating powerful cyclical forces - an overdue expression of bodies recuperating their voices and spaces. The audience is taken aboard this hypnotic motion, sitting in a close and embracing view on stage.

The Last Movement of Hope project is a larger framework that brings together micro-dances, each of which can exist as a short, standalone piece or be combined with others to form a longer performance.

It was born from the desire to explore and express the human experience through dance, in all its complexity: our relationships with ourselves and others, our fears, our struggles, and above all, the hope that drives us forward.

I imagine this work as a book - a container of different stories - where each chapter represents a moment of creative exploration, an emotion, an encounter, or a reflection. Each chapter can exist independently or in dialogue with the others, like a journey that embraces past, present, and future in a continuous search for meaning and answers.

The second chapter of this book, titled Organi (Organs), fits into this context. With this chapter, I want to explore the intimacy of the human body - its fragility and its strength - symbolized by the organs that inhabit and define us, yet so often remain elusive.
