"Manos Hadjidakis" Open-air Theatre
A staged reading based on the personal testimonies, memories, and reflections of the acclaimed Greek writer Elli Alexiou. Through her own words, moments from her life, her artistic journey, her political convictions, and the turbulent history of twentieth-century Greece come to life, creating the portrait of a woman who lived, struggled, and created with passion. Presented at the Karolos Koun Art Theatre, the performance pays tributeto her life and literary legacy.
