The ticket/admission pass guarantees entry for one person to the venue of the listed event on the specific date and time indicated on it.
For entry to the performance, it is necessary to present either a printed or electronic ticket, where required.
Admission time: 30 minutes before the scheduled start of the performance.
It is strictly forbidden to reserve seats for spectators who are not inside the Garden Theatres, as well as to enter after the performance has started.
Tickets that do not state a specific row and seat are considered general admission, and the spectator chooses their seat upon arrival. If a specific section of the theatre is indicated, the spectator must choose a seat within that section.
Spectators are not allowed to bring bottles, weapons, sharp objects, or anything else that could pose a safety risk. Organizers reserve the right to conduct security checks at the entrance.
Photography, video recording, and audio recording of the performances are not permitted.
Smoking is prohibited in all event areas, as well as the consumption of refreshments during the performance.
Children over 6 years of age are allowed entry, unless the organizer has announced other age restrictions.
Tickets purchased for a fee cannot be cancelled or changed, and refunds are not provided.
In case of event cancellation, the Organizer will announce whether the event will be rescheduled on a new date or whether a refund will be provided.
If the event is interrupted after 30 minutes from its start, no refund will be issued.
Any ticketing service fee is non-refundable under any circumstances, even in case of event cancellation.
The Organizer mentioned on the ticket is solely responsible for the execution of the specific event, not the ticket sales outlets.
