Join Mario Frangoulis in his great performance of "Blue Skies" - An American Songbook in a concert full of the great melodies and scripts of Broadway and Jazz , the music of Rodgers & Hammerstein, Irving Berlin, George Gershwin, Brecht & Weill, Cole Porter, all those great composers that enriched the world of Film and Stage with their genius creations.
Mario performs these songs at the historic Odeon of Herodes Atticus, at the foot of the Ancient Greek monument of the Acropolis.
He is joined on stage by Chicago- based Jazz Singer Tammy McCann and are accompanied by a Big Band Orchestra conducted by Lucas Karytinos.
This magical performance by Mario Frangoulis is presented by the Horatio Alger Association of Distinguished Americans. www.horatioalger.org who support education and give scholarships to students who have faced adversity in their lives.
