The competition, which is open to talented young Greek pianists up to the age of 26, comprises three cycles. In the first two cycles, which will take place on 20 and 21 April 2019 at the State Conservatory of Thessaloniki, competitors will perform solo recitals with the works of their choice. In the third cycle, held at Thessaloniki Concert Hall, the selected finalists of the Competition will perform in concert with the Symphony Orchestra of the State Conservatory of Thessaloniki, playing Mozart, Beethoven, Chopin and Schumann. In addition to the prize money, the winners will also get the opportunity to perform in prestigious locations in Athens, Thessaloniki and other regions of Greece.
