The ticket ensures the right to enter the venue of the specified event for the specific date and time mentioned on it.
The event will be held in accordance with the health measures in effect on the date of the event as announced by the relevant authorities.
In case of changes in the conditions for holding artistic events by the State (e.g., changes in capacity limits, imposition of numbered seating, etc.), already purchased tickets may be replaced with others to comply with the new guidelines.
Ticket holders must be aware of the current health framework for events. The Organizer is not responsible for any restrictions or exclusions in access imposed by law.
If an official document is required for entry, a parallel identity check of the holder will be conducted.
Viewers without the required certificates will not be allowed entry and no ticket cancellations or refunds will be provided.
The Organizer reserves the right to move spectators from their seats to others if deemed necessary for health reasons.
If the ticket does not specify row and seat, seating will be arranged upon arrival at the venue and according to the instructions of the relevant staff.
For concerts where standing audience is allowed, the ticket does not guarantee a seated position, and timely arrival is recommended.
The ticket must be kept until the end of the event and shown to venue staff if requested.
Spectators are not allowed to bring bottles, weapons, sharp objects, or anything that could pose a safety risk to the entrance. Organizers reserve the right to check at the entrance for security reasons.
The Organizer may not allow entry after the event has started for late spectators, except during intermission if applicable. Late spectators who are not allowed entry are not entitled to compensation or refunds.
Photography, videotaping, and audio recording of performances are not allowed.
Smoking is prohibited in all event areas and the consumption of refreshments during the performance is not allowed.
For the purchase and use of discounted tickets, where applicable, the entitlement must be proven by presenting relevant documentation (e.g., student ID, unemployment card, etc.).
If the event is postponed due to weather conditions, health reasons, or force majeure, the Organizer will announce any rescheduling with the same tickets. If the event is permanently canceled, the Organizer will announce the method, place, and time for ticket redemption.
In case the event is interrupted after 45 minutes from the start time, no refund or ticket replacement will be provided for another date.
The Organizer mentioned on the ticket is responsible for the conduct of the event, its content, and any claims for refunds, not the pre-sale points.
Any service fees for the ticket sales service are non-refundable.
Tickets purchased in any way (box office - phone - internet) are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.
