  • This ticket ensures the right to access the video on demand platform, exclusively through the website https://nationalopera.gr/gnotv/en
  • The holder of this ticket accepts the terms of use of the above platform, as laid out on the respective website.
  • The ticket is valid for the date and time it was purchased for, as it is announced on the ticket document.
  • Responsible for the on-demand streaming of the video, its content and the technical infrastructure for its implementation, is the Organizer mentioned on this ticket and not the box offices or the online ticketing services.
  • The on-demand streaming of the video is offered through a platform that has been selected with the goal of ensuring unrestrained availability and smooth operation, even for a large number of simultaneous streams. The Organizer is not responsible for any technical problems that may arise in regard to the platform.
  • To watch the videos on demand, viewers must have access to the internet and use a device (PC, laptop, smartphone, tablet, etc) through a browser that supports HTML5, EcmaScript 6+. They must also ensure that cookies are enabled in the browser.
  • Smart TVs are supported by connecting the TV with the playing device through an HDMI cable. Some SmartTVs may provide web browsers that support the embedded player.
  • The Organizer is not responsible for any insufficient electronic infrastructure from the part of the viewer, the internet access speed, or other technical difficulties the viewer may face during the online streaming.
  • The online streaming content as well as its copyright belong to the Organizer. The recording or reproduction of the online streaming content by any technical means is not permitted. In any case of the above the Organizer may initiate legal proceedings to claim compensation.
  • Access to the online streaming content is exclusively permitted for private / domestic use, unless the viewer has a special access permit (ticket) for public screening in a physical space.
  • If the streaming is postponed due to technical problems or force majeure, the Organizer will announce when it will be rescheduled with the same ticket. If the streaming is permanently cancelled, there will be an announcement about the way that the ticket will be refunded, under the responsibility of the Organizer.
  • For any problems concerning the use of the code or streaming quality, you can contact the technical support service by e-mail to gnotvsupport@nationalopera.gr (expected reply within 24 hours).
  • Purchased tickets (at the box office, by telephone, or online) cannot be refunded or exchanged.
