The Accreditation secures your participation in the events and workshops of the ANIMASYROS 2026 Agora, in accordance with the schedule and terms published on the festival?s official website: https://animasyros.gr
The Accreditation shall be considered valid upon payment of the announced participation fee/cost through the official ticket provider of the event (ticketservices.gr) or following special arrangement with the Organizer.
The Organizer reserves the right to modify the schedule of events and workshops without prior notice. Programme information is published on the festival?s official website. Any modification to part of the programme does not provide for individualized notification to accreditation holders, nor does it create any right to a refund of part or all of the amount paid.
Participants in the Agora programme are required to familiarize themselves with the terms of participation and comply with the Organizer?s instructions for the smooth conduct of the events and workshops.
If the event is postponed due to weather conditions, health-related reasons, or force majeure, the Organizer will announce whether it will be rescheduled, in which case the accreditations will remain valid for the new dates. If the event is permanently cancelled, the Organizer will announce the manner, place, and time for ticket refunds.
Participation fees are determined exclusively by the Organizer. The Organizer reserves the right to modify price lists at any time without prior notice, apply special offers, or adjust pricing zones. No changes, replacements, or refunds are provided for completed registrations due to price changes.
The Organizer, and not the points of sale, is solely responsible for the conduct of the events, their content, and any claims for refunds.
Any service charges (ticketing service fees) concern the provided registration and Accreditation management service and are non-refundable, even in the event of cancellation of the event.
In accordance with applicable legislation, there is no right of withdrawal for bookings concerning entertainment services provided on a specific date. Therefore, cancellations and refunds due to the exercise of a right of withdrawal are not permitted, unless otherwise announced by the Organizer.
