The ticket grants the right of entry to the venue of the event stated on it, for the specific date and time indicated.
Ticket holders are responsible for being informed about the applicable public health framework governing events. The Organizer bears no responsibility for any access restrictions or exclusions imposed by law.
In the event that the State modifies the terms under which artistic events are conducted for public health reasons (e.g. changes in capacity limits, implementation of numbered seating, etc.), already purchased tickets may be replaced with others in order to comply with the new guidelines.
The Organizer reserves the right to relocate spectators to different seats if required for safety reasons or to comply with applicable regulations.
In venues where seated attendance is provided without assigned seating, the ticket does not indicate a specific row or seat number. Seating is arranged upon arrival at the venue and according to the instructions of the authorized staff.

The ticket must be kept until the end of the event and presented to venue staff upon request.
Spectators are not permitted to bring bottles, weapons, sharp objects, or any other items that could pose a safety risk upon entry. The Organizers reserve the right to conduct security checks at the entrance.
The Organizer may refuse entry after the official start time of the event. Latecomers who are denied entry are not entitled to compensation or a refund.
Photography, video recording, and audio recording of performances are prohibited.
Smoking is prohibited in all areas of the event venue, as is the consumption of concession items during the performance.
In order to purchase and use discounted tickets?where applicable?eligibility must be proven by presenting the relevant supporting document (e.g. student ID, unemployment card, etc.).
If the event is postponed due to weather conditions, public health reasons, or force majeure, the Organizer will announce whether it will be rescheduled using the same tickets. If the event is definitively cancelled, the Organizer will announce the method, place, and time for ticket redemption.
Any changes or announcements regarding the event are published on the presale website following notification by the Organizer. Ticket holders are advised to check the website for updates. Individual notifications regarding schedule changes, postponements, or cancellations are not provided.
In the event that the performance is interrupted after 45 minutes from its start time, no ticket refunds or replacements for another date will be provided.
Ticket prices are determined exclusively by the event organizers. Organizers reserve the right to modify price lists at any time without prior notice, to apply promotional offers, or to adjust pricing zones. No exchanges, replacements, or refunds will be provided for purchased tickets due to price changes.
The resale of tickets is prohibited. Only tickets purchased from officially announced presale points are considered valid.
The Organizer named on the ticket is solely responsible for the conduct of the specific event, its content, and any claims for refunds, and not the presale points.
Any ticket sales service fees relate to the service of making tickets available and managing the ticket purchase process and are non-refundable, even in the event of cancellation.
In accordance with applicable legislation, there is no right of withdrawal for ticket purchases concerning leisure services provided on a specific date. Therefore, tickets are non-refundable and non-exchangeable, unless otherwise announced by the Organizer.
