Seating is arranged upon arrival at the venue and according to the instructions of the authorized staff.
Spectators are required to comply with the instructions of the venue officials and to respect the health regulations set by the Organizer throughout their stay at the venue.
The Organizer reserves the right to relocate spectators to other seats if deemed necessary.
Spectators are not permitted to bring bottles, weapons, sharp objects, or any other items that may pose a risk to safety. The Organizers reserve the right to conduct security checks at the entrance.
Photography, video recording, and audio recording of the events are not permitted.
Smoking is prohibited in all areas of the event.
In case of cancellation, you will be informed about the refund procedure under the responsibility of the Organizer. This voucher cannot be transferred to another date.
The Organizer named on the ticket is solely responsible for the conduct of the event, its content, and any claims for refunds, not the points of sale.
Any ticketing service fees are non-refundable.
Reservations made by any means (box office ? telephone ? online) cannot be cancelled or modified, and no refunds are provided.
