The ticket guarantees entrance to the venue of the specified event for the particular date and time indicated on it.
If the ticket does not specify a seat and row, seating will be assigned upon arrival at the venue, following the instructions of the staff.

The ticket must be kept until the end of the event and presented to venue staff if requested.
Audience members are not allowed to bring bottles, weapons, sharp objects, or any other items that could pose a risk to the safety of attendees. Organizers reserve the right to conduct security checks at the entrance.
Photography, videotaping, and audio recording of the performances are not allowed.
Smoking is prohibited in all event areas.
Beverages are not included in the ticket price.
Entrance is permitted only to adults.
If the event is postponed due to weather conditions, health reasons, or force majeure, an announcement will be made by the Organizer regarding any rescheduling using the same tickets. If the event is canceled permanently, the Organizer will provide information on how, where, and when to redeem tickets.
In the event of an interruption to the event after 45 minutes from the scheduled start time, there will be no refund of ticket value or replacement with tickets for another date.
The Organizer mentioned on the ticket is responsible for the conduct of the specific event, its content, and any refund claims, not the ticket sales points.
Any service fees for ticket sales are non-refundable, even in the event of event cancellation.
Tickets purchased through any means (box office - telephone - internet) are non-refundable or exchangeable.
