Attention! It is really important to read the following, because they containt critical information about your ticket order. Please, spare a minute to understand them!
- Accepted cards: VISA, MASTERCARD, AMEX
- After the credit card is charged, there is no possibility of CANCELING or CHANGING your reservation.
- For this reason your are kindly requested to verify that your order is the desired one, before entering your credit card details. If you need to return to your order details please click here.
- Your credit card will be charged through the DeltaPay webiste of ALPHA BANK on behalf of the Thessaloniki Concert Hall and not by Ticket Services.
- The DeltaPay system provides the "Visa Verification" and the "MasterCard SecureCode" procedures. If you are not familiar with those you may skip the specific steps.
- The tickets are purchased under the name of the user who is registered in the TicketServices.gr website despite the fact that another person's credit card might be used. When in the DeltaPay website please IGNORE the field with the CardHolder Name even if it is not the right name
- Since you are transfered to the DeltaPay website, the tickets you have selected are "locked", and the release of them is not possible if you break the credit card procedure in an invalid way. You must ONLY use the Buttons "Pay" or "Cancel". Any other exit will leave the tickets locked until a system administrator releases them.
- You may collect your tickets on the day of the performance, at the venue's box office.
- You may also collect your tickets at Thessaloniki's Concert Hall any time during their working hours.
- You may also collect your tickets at Aristotelous' Square Box Office
- Children over 6 years old are allowed to enter
