How far is Athens from Buenos Aires? Only a breath away if we count the distance with music, four dancing steps and if we follow the Tango rhythms, between two blue horizons that embrace the seas and oceans that unite the Mediterranean and the south Atlantic ocean.
With his voice and soul filled with the Aegean Blue Sea and the nostalgia for faraway journeys, Mario Frangoulis makes his first stop in Andros and offers his audience a concert with the vibes of a true and clear sentiment of Tango, a unique evening of passion and musical communion.

Special Guest: Singing original songs and ballads that speak directly to the heart, singer/composer Katerina Polemis.
His fellow travelers on this journey Athens-Buenos Aires, the quintet TANGartO, a music ensemble that has already found it’s place on the musical map, since for the last twenty years they have been expressing thei ‘pure and authentic sentiment of the Argentinian Tangos’.

The Concert is supported by the Andros Yaught Club and is under the hospices of the Munnicipality of Andros. This year, the island of Andros celebrates the 48th International Sailing race. Proceeds from the concert ticket sales will aid the Michael S. Polemis Foundation to help support in every possible way, since 1991, underprivileged children who live in Andros and are in great need of medical support.
