Collecting your tickets

• Tickets are collected the day of the event at the event's boxoffice, before the event starts. (We generally suggest being there about 45 minutes before the start).
• Alternatively, for most events, you can collect the tickets the days before at our boxoffice: (39, Panepistimiou Str in Athens)
  
  • For the Vyronas Festival, tickets can be collected at our boxoffice
  • For Aisxilia 2010, tickets can only be collected at the theater's boxoffice the day of the event
  • For Marios Fragkoulis concert, tickets are not yet available at our boxoffice, but will be in a few days
  • For the Tribute of Rudolph Nureyev, tickets can be collected at our boxoffice.
  • For Mimis Plessas concert and for the "No Shakespear please" play, tickets are not yet available at our boxoffice
  • For the 4G tickets can be collected at our boxoffice
• You can collect the tickets by providing the credit card used and an ID or passport
  
• If another person is going to collect the tickets instead of you, he/she must necessarily have his/her own ID or passport, and ask the tickets under your name.
  
• We do not send the tickets by post, but if you wish you can arrange a delivery by your own. Contact us for further details first.
